1. Who We Are

These terms apply to all programs, services, and digital products offered by APEX Business, founded by Ayman Abo ElFotouh, operating in Egypt and the MENA region.

By enrolling in any APEX program or submitting a registration form, you agree to these terms.

2. The Program

The Sales Professionals Masterclass (SPM) is a structured cohort training program delivered over 6 interactive days on a weekly schedule, with 6 live one-hour follow-up coaching sessions delivered mid-week between training days.

The program is designed for B2B sales professionals, sales engineers, account managers, business development managers, technical sales professionals, sales leaders, and entrepreneurs responsible for selling.

3. What Is Included

The program is delivered in person unless an online format is explicitly communicated at the time of enrollment. Delivery format, dates, and venue are confirmed in the enrollment confirmation sent to your registered email.

4. Payment

The founding cohort investment is 12,900 EGP, available to the first ten confirmed enrollees. Subsequent cohorts are priced at standard rates.

Payment is required in full to confirm your seat. Seats are not held without payment. We reserve the right to release an unpaid reservation after 5 business days if no payment or payment arrangement has been confirmed.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Here is our policy:

If APEX cancels or significantly reschedules a cohort for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort — your choice.

To request a cancellation or transfer, email info@apexbusinessltd.com with your name and registration details.

6. Your Responsibilities as a Participant

To get the most from the program — and to be fair to your cohort — we ask that you:

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a session if their behavior disrupts the group. In that case, no refund is issued.

7. Materials & Intellectual Property

All program materials — workbooks, frameworks, templates, slides, and session recordings — are the intellectual property of APEX Business.

You are welcome to use them for your own professional development. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or redistribute them without written permission from APEX Business.

8. Results

The Sales Professionals Masterclass equips you with the knowledge, frameworks, and tools used by high-performing B2B sales professionals. The outcomes you achieve depend on how consistently and deliberately you apply what you learn.

APEX Business does not guarantee specific sales results, revenue increases, or career outcomes. What we guarantee is a rigorous, practitioner-led program delivered with full commitment to your development.

9. Our Liability

APEX Business is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in or inability to attend the program. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

We are not responsible for losses arising from technical issues outside our control, travel disruptions, or force majeure events.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
