APEX Business is a B2B sales training and consulting practice founded by Ayman Abo ElFotouh, operating in Egypt and the MENA region. This policy explains how we handle any personal information you share with us through our website or programs.
We comply with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations (Decree No. 816 of 2025).
2. What We Collect
We only collect information that you give us directly. Depending on which form you fill in, this may include:

We do not collect payment card details directly. Any payment processing is handled separately and governed by the payment provider's own policies.

- To process your program registration — reviewing your application, confirming enrollment, and sending program details
- To contact you about your inquiry — responding to enquiries submitted through any form on this site
- To send you relevant updates — only if you have enrolled in a program or explicitly asked to be kept informed
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or unsolicited marketing.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Under Egyptian data protection law, we process your personal data based on:
- Your consent — which you give when you tick the consent checkbox and submit a form on this site
- Contract performance — when processing is necessary to deliver the program you enrolled in

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect any processing that already took place.
5. Who Else Sees Your Data
We share your information with the following services only where necessary:
- Formspree (formspree.io) — processes form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Formspree operates from the United States. By submitting a form on this site, you consent to this cross-border transfer.
- Meta (Facebook / WhatsApp) — if you choose to join our community groups, Meta's own privacy policy governs that data. We do not share your form data with Meta.
- Google Fonts — our pages load fonts from Google's servers, which means your IP address is sent to Google as part of a standard browser request. This is standard practice for most websites using Google Fonts.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Ever.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep your personal data for up to 5 years after your last interaction with us — whether that was filling in a form, attending a program, or sending an enquiry.
After that period, your data is deleted from our records. If you enrolled in a program, we may retain your name and completion certificate record for longer for administrative and legal purposes.
7. Your Rights
Under Egyptian law, you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
- Restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. We do not run any advertising pixels on this site.
